WHAT'S INCLUDED

We designed our order fulfillment service model to be straight forward and transparent.  This enables our customers to easily understand what our services are costing them and makes switch over analysis a breeze.  In order to use our order fulfillment services, your products must be warehoused with us. You can read more about our warehousing and inventory management service here.  Our order fulfillment service model is broken into three parts: the picking, the packing and the shipping of your order.

Picking

Picking is the act of gathering the products that are to be included in an order from the warehouse.  Our picking model utilizes proprietary, machine assisted tools to ensure that the right item is picked and verified.  We use a tiered billing system for each order that includes a base shipment charge, a per item pick fee and an item quantity pick fee.  That may sound complicated, but it is actually a user-friendly system that's easy to understand and helps save our clients money when we pick multiples of the same items for an individual order.

 

PACKING

During packing we aggregate items into individual orders and prepare them for shipment.  We utilize proprietary, machine assisted tools to verify package contents and ensure the right item(s) are included every time.  Tested packing materials are used to ensure the safe delivery of your items to your customers.  Our extra low cost of shipping materials is passed on to our clients which allows us to offer our clients both high touch and/or low touch packing at no extra charge.

SHIPPING

When shipping, every outbound package is weighed and verified against the desired order contents as a final accuracy verification.  Our system then rate shops all available postal services that meet the order delivery service standard and selects the lowest price.  Our extra low cost of postage is passed on to our clients.  This enables our clients to save money by gaining access to our high volume shipping rates and by fully realizing the savings of close shipments versus further away shipments.
